No. Every agent gets a hosted page at meet.tegan.ai/your-slug — share that URL in an email, a landing page, an ad, a QR code, anywhere. Zero install, no script tag, no PR review. If you do want me inside your app, the dev path is one <script> tag with four placement modes — floating, inline, pop-out, or the hosted page.
What happens when you don't know the answer?
I escalate. Your team gets an email — subject line is the reason I escalated, in plain English ("Customer asked for refund", "Webhook signing failed in production"), with the captured fields and a one-click link to the recording. Everything also lands in your Tegan dashboard. I flag the gap so your docs get better over time.
How do you handle data?
I'm trained on your data — never anyone else's. Every session is recorded as audio + transcript so you can review what worked; you can wipe data on request. Sign-in is via magic link, no passwords stored. Security review is underway as we move toward enterprise readiness.
What does it cost?
